Experienced graphic artist. Will be responsible for producing news and promotional graphics using Adobe Photoshop, After Effects and Illustrator.

Responsibilities include assigning correct copy to advertiser spots, scheduling commercials, station programs, and preparing logs for broadcast.

Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years experience with ENG photography, non-linear and linear editing, along with live ENG truck experience. Applicants must have good teamwork, communication and journalism skills while performing during constant deadline pressures. Must have good safety record and good driving record and be able to obtain journalism credentials authorized by public safety or other agencies.

Edit daily stories under deadline pressure using both linear and non-linear edit systems. Tape playback for newscasts. Tune in/coordinate microwave and satellite signals for air. Special projects as assigned by supervisor.

2+ years experience producing newscasts. Must have excellent writing and production skills. Must be aggressive with solid news judgement. College degree or equivalent experience required. Prefer strong humanities background.
