Running vs. Walking
(KUTV) Is running really better for you than walking? New research says that may not the case.
A new study from Berkeley, California discovered walking can lower the risk of high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes just as much as running.
Researchers followed thousands of people for six years and found similar health benefits for walkers and runners who covered the same distance.
