Fitness Challenge Part 2
(KUTV) "You can overcome anything". That is the message one woman has for our viewers. Robyn Glover is one of 5 people selected to participate in a 12-week fitness challenge at Title Boxing Club in Cottonwood Heights. Her journey to a healthier lifestyle started more than 10 years ago when she was diagnosed with chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. "I wasn’t eating. I was just lying around," said Glover. "I easily gained 80 pounds just doing that."

A few years later, Robyn got married. However, she tells us her husband had a drinking problem. "I went through a lot of hard times with him." After her divorce was finalized, Robyn decided it was time to make a change. "I had to have a lot of pep talk. But I got through it with friends and family. Now it is over, I feel empowered more than anything."

Robyn tells us her goals for the fitness challenge go beyond just losing weight and eating better. She hopes to rekindle her relationship with her family by running a marathon. "Now I can reconnect with the family that has been damaged somehow and someway. And get to know my family again."

It is a road less traveled, by a woman, who wants you to take one thing away from her journey. "No matter what your challenge is, there is a way to overcome it. I thought I will never be able to do anything because of chronic fatigue and I would always be tired; always in pain. But if you can figure out how to push through one thing, it might take you to another level."
