Exercise May Help Prevent Cancer
(KUTV) Another reason to hit the gym – doctors say there is even more evidence exercise can keep cancer at bay.
Researchers found that women who exercised between 10 and 19 hours a week reduced their risk of developing breast cancer by 30%.
The type or intensity of the exercise did not matter.
