-2 washcloths, cut into fourths (for smaller wipes, cut an Ace bandage into squares).
-1 cup warm water
-1 tbs coconut oil (liquified) : $20, Costco. A list of studies found at gnet.org praise coconut oil for its moisturizing, anti-fungal, and anti-bacterial properties...the studies also suggest it's cured acne..and that its fatty acids nourish the skin.
-1-2 teaspoons matcha green tea powder: $48 - matchasource.com. The website smartskincare.com (run by a dr.) Says green tea is an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant, and reported to reduced redness.
-7 drops tea tree essential oil
$9, mountainroseherbs.com. OrganicFacts.net (also run by a dr.) says tea tree oil is another cure-all...anti-bacterial and anti-fungal (which also helps keep it fresh while storing), and that it helps fight skin infections.
