Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Cookies
More foods are being made gluten-free lately, and Chef Kimberly from Harmon’s shows us how to create a Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookie.
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed light-brown sugar
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips Gluten Free
1 large egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla paste
1.) Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir with a wooden spoon until smooth.
2.) Divide dough into 24 portions, about 1 heaping tablespoon each.
3.) Roll each portion between your hands to form a smooth ball.
4.) Place balls of dough on ungreased cookie sheets, spacing them 1 inch apart. (You should get about 12 cookies per sheet.)
5.) Using a fork, press on dough in two directions to form a crosshatch pattern. Bake 10 minutes.
