Superbowl Sausage Dip
1 1/2 lb. spicy sausage
1 1/2 lb. italian sausage
1 med. onion, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 can diced jalepenos
2 cans diced "petite" tomatoes (drained)
1 tub sour cream
1 brick cream cheese
onion and sausage. When done, mix with everything else in a crock pot.
Best a couple of hours later after flavors have been allowed to blend.
( I would start with only half the can of jalepenos... once you get it
too hot, it's hard to get the "heat down".) Eat on tortilla chips... or
with a spoon.
