Pumped-Up Pancakes
Joel Clark from Kodiak Cakes shows us some great additions to Kodiak Cakes mixes.
Sweet Potato Pancakes
Ingredients:
1 cup Kodiak Flapjack Mix
1 cup water
1/3 cup sweet potatoes
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions:
1.) Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and cook according to package directions.
Almonds, Berries and Dark Chocolate Flapjacks
Ingredients:
1 cup Kodiak Flapjack Mix
1 cup water1/2 cup berries
1/4 cup dry roasted almonds
1/4 cup dark chocolate
1.) Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and cook according to package directions.
High Protein Flapjacks (about 15 grams protein per serving)
Ingredients:
1 cup Kodiak Flapjack Mix
1 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 scoop protein powder (or enough for about 10 grams protein)
Directions:
1.) Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and cook according to package directions.
