Valentine's Date Ideas

Jana Francis shares tips on having a romantic night in this Valentine’s Day!

She has ideas for every sense:

Taste: Ever wondered why Matthew McConaughey cooks in all of his movies? It’s because cooking is steamy sexy! Work together to create a delicious meal. Assign yourself different courses to be in charge of if you think working together might get a little too hot to handle. Things may get a little sultry but hey, some like it hot!

Touch: Feel confident during your romantic night in. Prepare for a lustful tryst with beauty products that leave your skin feeling smooth. Give each other massages and cuddle up in a buttery-soft blanket. Fill the night with a variety of silky and soft — and make sure to steer clear from scratchy and itchy!

Sound: Mixed tapes aren’t just for high schoolers in the 90s. Whether you’re playing CD,  iTunes playlist, or your enlisting the help of Spotify or Pandora, set the mood with music with a smooth rhythm and playlist that lasts a few hours! Don’t get distracted by poor laptop speakers and plug in something a little more substantial.

Sight: The key to looking good is feeling confident. Nothing is less attractive than constantly looking at your reflection in the mirror and pointing out your flaws. The key to an instant boost of self-esteem is feeling comfortable with figure-flattering styles that give a subtle peek and leave the rest up to the imagination.

Smell: Spritz or roll fragrance on your pulse points. Make sure that it’s a hint that your partner can smell up close, but not immediately when he walks into the room — let’s not remind him of his grandma during your night in. With romantic mood lighting from a candle and a sexy scent, you can add a lot of seduction with a little sensual smell.
