Ganache Chocolate Cake
To coat a 6" cake
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips1 1/4 cup heavy cream
1. Stir together cream and chocolate chips. Melt slowly in the microwave stirring every thirty seconds until completely melted.2. Pour ganache quickly over frosted cake set on wire rack. Refrigerate until the ganache is set.3. Run a spatula around the bottom of the cake and place on serving tray.
