Kneaders Raspberry Nut Salad
o 4 cups baby spinach  o 2 grilled chicken breasto ½ cup fresh raspberrieso 1 cup walnut raspberry vinaigrette to tasteo ¼ cup sugared pecanso 5 rings red onion sliced thinly
o Sugared Pecanso 1 cup pecanso 3 tablespoons buttero 1 teaspoon ground cinnamono 1 cup sugar
      To prepare the sugared pecans, put three tablespoons of butter in a frying pan and melt.  Add the 1cup pecans.  Mix 1 cup of granulated sugar with 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.  Sprinkle  the sugar and cinnamon mixture on the nut and butter mixture.  Stir constantly until nuts appear candied.Dish out onto a parchment paper and spread apart.  Use when cooled. Store remaining nuts in a jar for up to 2 weeks.
o Add spinach to a bowl.o Warm  two grilled chicken breast and slice into thin slices;o Place on top of spinach.o Sprinkle on fresh raspberrieso Garnish with sugared pecans and red oniono Add salad dressing to taste.
