1 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 Cups flour
1/2 Cup powdered sugar
Mix all ingredients until dough forms. Press dough into bottom of a parchment-lined 9x13 pans. Bake at 350 until golden.Filling:
6 eggs, lightly beaten
2 Cups sugar
1/3 Cup flour
1 Cup lemon juice
1/2 Cup whole milk
1 Tablespoon lemon zest
1/8 tsp salt
Whisk eggs, sugar, and flour together. Add remaining ingredients and stir together. Make sure to reincorporate mixture before pouring over crust.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until firm to the touch.
