Drug Treatments Help Reduce Nausea During Pregnancy
(KUTV) Morning sickness is a big problem for pregnant women.
Eight out of ten women experience nausea and vomiting during pregnancy. And that can cause all kinds of problems – from reduced productivity at work to relationship trouble.
But only 10 to 15 percent of women receive drug treatment.
Leslie Shirts from the University of Utah discusses medicines that can help ease the symptoms from nausea and vomiting in pregnancy.
