U.S., Mexico To Share Colorado River
(KUTV) The United States and Mexico have signed a deal to share the Colorado River.
Under the agreement the countries will decide how to split water from the river, which provides water to more than 33 million people in seven states and Mexico.
The agreement comes as a water fight over the river continues in southern Utah.
Many people there want to build a pipeline to use water from the Colorado River.
