(KUTV) This group has found a way to make prosthetic legs that costs less than several movie tickets.

It's a sight too often seen in developing countries. Amputees...the victims of war, disease and lack of healthcare.

Doug Wright of "2 Feet Prosthetic's" is part of a group of engineer students created a very inexpensive prosthetic leg.

A customized prosthetic leg costs anywhere from $300 to $50,000.

But Doug Wright and his team came up with an ingenious way to build one out PVC pipe--and they can do it just for $20.00.

International Service Abroad and 2 Ft. Prosthetics are dedicated to helping amputees in Utah and around the world. Learn more about this week's Pay It Forward recipient at  and
