Pay It Forward: Mascots Team Up to Fight Cancer
(KUTV) Little Brinley Torres is a cancer survivor. During her two year battle to remission she made friends with many of Utah’s fuzzy team mascots.

It began a few years ago when "Grisby" (the Grizzlies mascot) happened upon a charity lemonade stand. He heard about Brinley and how she wanted to help other children fighting cancer.

Grisby called upon his mascot friends and they started raising money for Brinley and other sick kids.

Now they’ve all joined forces with Utah’s newest female football team, The Falconz, to fight childhood cancer.

They are this week’s Pay It Forward recipients.

You can help them fund the non-profit Cure Search Foundation at www.utahfalconz.com or www.facebook.com/utahfalconz.

You can join Brinley and her mascot friends at the big Cure Search walk by going to www.curesearchwalk.org/saltlakecity.
