Hurricane Sandy Headed Toward Cuba
(KUTV) Cuba is bracing for hurricane Sandy on Thursday.
Islanders are taking cover in shelters as the storm draws near.
Wednesday the hurricane hit Jamaica.
Sandy has maximum sustained winds of 85 miles-per-hour, making it a category one storm.
The National Hurricane Center says it's moving north-northeast at 13 miles-per-hour.
The storm will be hitting Florida with wind and rain as early as Friday morning.
