Cyprus Banks Reopen
(KUTV) People in Cyprus are facing tight restriction as the country's troubled banks opened Thursday for the first time in two weeks.
There are several new rules in place, like a limit on how much money people can withdraw.
Government leaders closed the banks earlier this month, while they negotiated a bailout agreement with the European Union.
The president of Cyprus has slashed his own salary by 25% as a show of solidarity with his people.
