Update: The Amber Alert has been cancelled. The child is safe and was found in Seminole, Texas.Cindy Findley and Jennifer Skousen have been apprehended.

(KUTV) An Amber Alert has been issued for 5-month-old Olivia Smith from Oklahoma, who may be headed toward Utah.

Olivia is described as a Caucasian female that was last seen wearing a long sleeve pink floral shirt.

At this time it is believed that Cindy Findley, 47, is in possession of
the Olivia. Findley suffers from a mental condition and made comments
about having a vision of the child dying in two days.

Authorities believe the child abduction occurred around 12:15pm on Thursday in Kingfisher County near Cashion, Oklahoma. The alert has been issued in Oklahoma, but an attempt to locate has been initiated in Utah because it is believed that Finley is en route to Salt Lake City.

Findley is thought to be accompanied by Jennifer Skousen, 43, whose description is still unknown.

KHOU in Houston is reporting that the vehicle they were believed to be traveling in has been found in a suburb of Houston, Texas.

At this time it is unknown where the child or Finley are.

If you see them you are asked to contact the local authorities or dial 911.
