Possible New Law Concerning High Speed Chases
(KUTV) Raeghn Torrie's 16-year-old son Wayne left in her car without permission and she called police.
She later tried to call off the police, but police found her son and chased him despite her pleas. Wayne rolled the car and died of his injuries.
Mrs. Torrie sued and Utah's Supreme Court said she may have the legal right to do it; now lawmakers may change the law because of this case.
