Thinly sliced Garlic Clove
2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp. Softened Butter
1 pinch Fresh Bell Pepper
1 tsp. chopped Parsley
½ lbs. Clean Mexican Shrimp
1.) In a Sauté Pan on medium heat, add olive oil.
2.) Add garlic & shrimp, sauté for 90 seconds, pour off oil & turn off heat.
3.) Add butter and stir, add Parmesan cheese & parsley.
4.) Serve with garlic toast.
