Dutch Oven Fried Chicken Wrapped In Bacon

1 1/2 - 2 1/2 pounds boneless chicken breasts or tenderloins
1 pound thick-sliced bacon
juice of 2 to 3 lemonsDirections:
1.) Slice chicken into long, thick strips and salt the meat.
2.) Put wooden skewer through strip of chicken and wrap slice of bacon tightly around chicken. Wrap rest of skewered chicken strips with bacon.
3.) Use 12-inch Dutch oven with 18 to 22 coals underneath, no coals on top, lid off.
4.) Use Dutch oven as a skillet. With tongs turn skewers in hot oven to fry all sides.
5.) Drizzle lemon juice over chicken pieces and sprinkle with black pepper. It takes about 20 to 30 minutes to completely fry/cook the chicken.
