Mexican Style Pork Ribs
As Aired On July 5, 2012
Recipe Courtesy Of Linnaea Mendoza
3 to 4 pounds bone in pork ribs
4 tablespoons of oil
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 16 Oz jar of Salsitas Mendoza roasted tomato salsa
1 cup of water
1.) Cut ribs into 1 inch square pieces.
2.) Heat oil, sear ribs with chopped garlic.
3.) Add salsa and water, simmer 30 to 40 min or until meat is tender.
Linnaea will be at the Wheeler Farm Market, Gardner Village Farmer's
Market, and South Towne Mall Farmer's Market selling her salsas.
