Butternut Ravioli in Sage Brown Butter

2 cup semolina flour
2 tbsp water
1.) Place flour in a medium bowl. Make a well in the flour and add eggs. Using a fork, cut the flour into the eggs until well mixed. Dough will be crumbly.
2.) Press the dough together with your hands adding only enough of the water to make the dough hold together.
3.) Knead dough for 10 min by hand
4.) Wrap tightly in plastic and chill for about 30- 60 min.
Ravioli Stuffing Ingredients:
1 cup roasted butternut squash, mashed
1 cup ricotta
2 tbsp grated Romano
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1.) Combine ingredients, mix well.
