Warm Utah Peaches With Goat Cheese

1 cup crème fraiche
4 oz. soft goat cheese
½ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1.) Whip the crème fraiche, sugar and vanilla until stiff whipped cream consistency. Slowly add in the goat cheese and whip till smooth. Hold chilled until ready to serve.
2.) Melt 2 tbsp butter with 2 tbsp light brown sugar in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add 8 peaches sliced and pitted, turn heat to high, cook until lightly softened.
3.) Add ½ pint raspberries and toss, add 2 tbsp chopped pecans and toss.
4.) Add 1 oz. Frangelico and flame. Remove from heat.
5.) To Plate: Spoon the goat cheese into serving bowls, top with warm fruit and enjoy!
