4 cups rice
4 eggs beaten
6 tablespoons sugar
1/4 lb butter
3 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1.) Cook rice according to directions. When rice is finished and still hot mix in other ingredients. Allow mixture to cool.
2.)Once cool form into egg shape balls, coat with bread crumbs and fry in olive oil until golden brown.
