White Chicken Chili

2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tbsp. canola oil
4 cans great northern beans, drained & rinsed
2 cans chicken broth
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. pepper
2 cans chopped green chilis
2 cups sour cream
1 cup whipping cream (or milk)
1.) In large saucepan, saute chicken in oil.
2.) Add onion and cook until chicken is no longer pink.
3.) Add beans, broth, salt, cumin, oregano, garlic powder, pepper, and green chilis. Bring to a boil.
4.) Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
5.) Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and whipping cream. Garnish with shredded cheese & cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.
