Chocolate "Naughty" Cake

40 oz Semisweet Chocolate
8 oz Whole Butter - Melted
12 Large Egg Yolks
12 Large Egg Whites
3 oz Granulated Sugar
1 oz Cake Flour
1.) Grease a 10 spring form pan and preheat oven to 425 Degree s.
2.) Melt Chocolate in a double boiler and when fully tempered incorporate melted butter. Mix egg Yolks into Chocolate one or two egg yolks at a time until fully incorporated.
3.) Beat Egg Whites with Sugar until you get medium peaks then fold in flour to the egg whites by hand. Talk half of the chocolate mixture and fold in egg whites then fold that mixture with the rest of the chocolate mixture.
4.) Put mixture into spring form pan and bake at 425 degrees for 16 minutes in a hot water bath. Let cool at room temperature for 15 minutes then in the refrigerator for at least one hour before removing from the pans.
5.) Serve with Homemade Vanilla or Pistachio Ice Cream.
