Frozen Treat Chocolate Coating

Recipe Courtesy Of Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Outlets at Traverse Mountain
1.5lb milk chocolate
1lb dark chocolate
6T coconut oil
Toppings of choice
1.) Heat all ingredients together in a microwave safe container in 1 minute intervals until well blended. Dip pre-frozen bananas, cheesecake, ice cream bars, or any other item of choice into the warm mixture.
2.) Shake off excess chocolate and immediately roll in your topping of choice if desired. Place your treat on a piece of wax paper to dry.
3.) Your dipped treat should be dry ready to eat in about 2 minutes for you to enjoy!
