Strawberry and Feta Strawberries

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/3 cup olive oil
½ cup pinenuts
2 cups strawberries, quartered (or halved if they're small)
4 oz. feta cheese, cut into ½" cubes
6 cups arugula
Salt and pepper to taste
1.) Place pinenuts in sauté pan on med heat until nicely toasted.
2.) Place all ingredients in bowl toss until nicely coated season to taste.
