This simple chocolate sauce will rock anything you put it on to eat!
A combination of dark and semi sweet chocolate and a bit of butter… What else to you need! Add a little more whipping crème to make the “hard shell” softer
6 Oz 60% Cocoa Chocolate
6 Oz Semi Sweet Chocolate
3 TBSP Unsalted Butter
¼ Cp Whipping Cream
2 TBSP Sugar, granulated
1 tsp Folgers Coffee Crystals
1) In microwave bowl or in sauce pan in double boiler if needed place all ingredients.
2) In microwave heat on reduced power for 30 second intervals and stir between each. As the chocolate chips melt and become smooth reduce time near the end. DO NOT OVER HEAT IT WILL BURN.
3) In sauce pan or double boiler, maintain a constant heat stirring as necessary until smooth.
Wash and dry Strawberries or other fruit dip into melted chocolate and place on plate or wax paper until chocolate sets.
Drizzle over a piece of cake
Drizzle over a bowl of fresh berries with Sabayon Sauce
