Market Street Cucumber Dill Sauce

3 medium cucumbers
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
salt and white pepper to taste
1.) Peel and seed the cucumbers and puree in a food processor. Drain the juice.
2.) Mix together the sour cream and mayonnaise. Add the pureed cucumbers.
3.) Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
4.) Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
This sauce is delicious served with salmon or enjoy as a vegetable dip.
