Fresh Ginger Soy Sauce

1 cup soy sauce
½ cup rice wine vinegar
½ cup white wine (may substitute water)
¼ cup pickled ginger, sliced
1 peeled and fine diced orange
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
1 tablespoon corn starch
2 tablespoons water
1.) Combine all ingredients except for cornstarch, in a sauce pan. Simmer for 15 minutes.
2.) Dissolve cornstarch in 2 tablespoons water. Add cornstarch mixture to sauce, simmer 5 minutes.
