Happy Monkey Flatbread

Gluten Free/Conventional Pizza Dough
Happy Monkey No Queso Pesto Hummus
1.) Preheat oven 425 (if using a pizza stone preheat in oven for at least 10 min)
2.) Roll dough out to make your desired flatbread size.
3.) Spread evenly desired amount of hummus onto the dough.
4.) Depending on size of mozzarella, pull apart or slice in half and place on top of the hummus.
5.) Bake approximately 10-15 min until cooked to your perfection.
6.) Sprinkle arugula on top of baked flatbread.
7.) Drizzle balsamic glaze over your master creation.
