Asian Style Beef Steaks with Noodles

1 ranch steak (about 1 pound)
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
1 cucumber, peeled, deseeded and sliced
1 red bell pepper, julienned
1 bunch green onions, chopped
4 cups cooked egg noodles
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
salt and pepper to taste
1.) Cut the beef steak into strips about 1/4 of an inch thick.
2.) In a small bowl combine the hoisin sauce, water, red wine vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Mix together and set aside.
3.) Heat a large skillet on the stove and add just enough olive oil to lightly coat the bottom of the pan.
4.) Add the beef strips and saut until browned on the outside.
5.) Add the cucumber, bell pepper, and green onion. Saut until very fragrant (about 2 minutes)
6.) Add the hoisin sauce mixture and thoroughly warm through.
7.) Serve over the cooked egg noodles. Salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
