Peach Chipotle Meatball Sliders

3 cups BBQ sauce
1/4 cup chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
1 bag frozen meatballs
1 medium onion, minced
1 jar peach preserves
24 slider rolls
1. Brown meatballs in oven at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
2. Saute diced onions over medium heat until tender. Meanwhile, mix together BBQ sauce, peach preserves, and minced peppers. Add onions to sauce.
3. Place meatballs in slow cooker and cover in sauce. Cook on low for about an hour and then keep warm until ready to serve.
4. Toast slider rolls on grill if desired. Place one meatball on each roll and serve warm.
