Smoked Turkey Panini

1 bunch Arugula
2 teaspoons Blue Cheese
4 slices Bread, Ciabatta is best
1 teaspoon Honey Mustard
3 slices Pears
6 slices smoked turkey
1. Start by slicing bread lengthwise. Spread honey mustard onto both sides of bread.
2. Layer meat, cheese, arugula and pear.
3. Place in Panini press or put on pan heated to medium-high. Grill about 4 minutes. Let cool slightly before slicing.
