Roasted Shrimp and Broccoli

1 lb. shrimp, raw. Peeled and tail on.
2 lb. broccoli
4 T. olive oil
1 lemon, organic
1/2 tsp. coriander, ground
1/2 tsp. cumin, ground
1/8 tsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. real salt
1 tsp. pepper
1. Zest the lemon (need 1 heaping tsp.) You will use the juice later.
2. Preheat oven 425 degrees
3. In a mixing bowl, toss the broccoli with oil and spices. Remove the broccoli from bowl* and spread broccoli on a single layer on a baking sheet. 4. Roast for 10 minutes. *be sure to save the oil/spices.
5. Add shrimp to the bowl, add lemon zest and toss in the oil and spices. Place the raw shrimp onto the baking sheet with hot broccoli. Toss together and continue to bake until shrimp is opaque and broccoli is tender. (about 10 additional minutes).
6. Squeeze lemon over dish just before serving.
