Cilantro Lime Chicken

6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
2 Large Avocados (Diced)
2 Roma tomatoes (Diced)
1 small Red Onion (diced)
2 Bunches Cilantro (chopped)
1 Large Lime - (roll the lime on the counter until soft)
1 teaspoon Minced Chopped Garlic
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 Ziploc Bag
1.) Place the chicken, 1 bunch of the chopped cilantro, 1/2 of the Diced Red Onion, Garlic, squeeze 1/2 lime and salt and pepper into the Ziploc bag. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or up to 8 hour.
2.) Once they have marinated, remove them from the bag and BBQ them or Broil them in the oven.
3.) In a bowl, add the diced avocado, diced tomatoes, 1/2 of the diced red onions, 1 bunch of diced cilantro, squeeze 1/2 the lime and salt and pepper.
4.) Mix gently and place on top of the cooked chicken breast.
