Pudim (Brazilian Flan)

1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 can of milk
1.) Blend all ingredients for 4 minutes.
2.) Grease a pan with the minimum of caramel (1 tablespoon), fill the molds well with the cream. (Better if using a pan with a whole in the middle).
3.) Place in the pan in a water bath, and bake in low heat oven 315 - 325F for approximately 40 min.
4.) When you remove the pudding from the oven the center of the cream should be shaking slightly as if not fully cooked.
5.) Replace the tray position a few times to bake evenly (if your oven does not bake evenly).
Caramel Sauce Ingredients:
1lb of sugar
1 cup of water
1.) Dissolve the sugar completely in very low heat, add boiling water (it will stiffen with shock sooner will liquefy again).
