Chicken Broccoli Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing

4 cups broccoli florets, blanched
2 cups shredded carrots
1 large bell pepper, diced
1/3 cup diced spanish onion (purple onion)
2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
1 cup cooked wild rice
1 cup cashews
1/4 cup poppy seeds
salt and pepper to taste
1.) Combine all of the ingredients into a large bowl and toss together.
2.) Pour desired amount of garlic dressing onto the broccoli dish and mix together.
3.) Salt and pepper to taste. Serve and Enjoy.
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup milk
1/3 cup sugar
3 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp dill
1 tsp seasoning salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1.) Combine ingredients into a small bowl and whisk together. Chill until ready to use.
