Herbed Sloppy Joes with Roasted Cauliflower

1 pound ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tbsp dried dill
1 tbsp dried parsley
1/4 cup dried butter milk powder
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 cup ketchup
2 tbsp tomato paste
salt and pepper taste
1.) Brown the ground beef in a large sauté pan. Once cooked, transfer the cooked beef to a colander and rinse off any excess fat. Set aside until ready to use.
2.) Heat the sauté pan again and add enough olive oil to lightly coat the bottom of the pan.
3.) Add the onion and bell pepper and sauté until fragrant. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
4.) Add the cooked ground beef back to the sauté pan and simmer for about 10 minutes. If needed add a little water for consistency. Salt and pepper to taste.
5.) Serve with your favorite hamburger buns and side dishes. Enjoy!
1 cauliflower head
salt and pepper
1.) Preheat your oven to 425 degree;s.
2.) Cut/clean off any leaves from the cauliflower head.
3.) Place the prepared cauliflower head on a parchment lined baking sheet.
4.) Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
5.) Place in your preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until cooked through. Enjoy!
