Monte Cristo Turkey Sandwich

1/2 lb. sliced fresh turkey
1 pkg turkey bacon
1 pkg Boursin herbed cream cheese
1 cup cranberry sauce
1 loaf Alvarado St. Bakery sprouted sourdough bread
4 eggs, slightly beaten
butter for skillet
1.) Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place eggs in a shallow bowl large enough to dip sandwich.
2.) Assemble sandwich. On one side of each slice of bread spread cream cheese, add the bacon, add the turkey, add the cranberry sauce and gently press together. Dip the outside of the sandwich in egg. Heat sandwich in the pan a few minutes on each side until it is nicely browned.
3.) This is a fabulous sandwich especially designed for the day after Thanksgiving dinner. Using cranberry sauce and roasted turkey leftover from the feast makes this sandwich come together quickly.
