Slow Cooker Sirloin w/ Corn, Blueberry and Red Pepper Salad

Slow Cooker Sirloin
2 pounds Beef Sirloin, cut into 2 inch strips
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder, more or less as desired
1 large Green Pepper, chopped
1/2 cup Red Onion, chopped
1 teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 can Stewed Tomatoes, 10 ounce size
1 teaspoon Sugar
Sprinkle garlic powder onto sirloin strips.
Heat 3 tablespoons vegetable oil in large skillet and brown the meat, about 2 minutes per side.
Transfer into a slow cooker.
Pour 1/4 cup hot water over meat.
Add remaining ingredients and cook on high 3-4 hours or low 6-8 hours
Corn, Blueberry and Red Pepper Salad
2 cups Blueberries
1 dash Cayenne Pepper
3 ears corn
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 medium Red Bell Pepper
1/4 cup Rice Vinegar
Slice corn from cob.
Combine corn, blueberries and red pepper in a bowl.
In a blender or food processor combine oil, vinegar, cayenne pepper and garlic.
Mix together and pour over corn mixture. Serve chilled or at room temp
