(KUTV) ESPN announced Wednesday that it will carry four of BYU's
football games in primetime this season. Games with Washington State,
Boise State and Hawaii will all air on ESPN or ESPN2.

Locally,
BYU and Utah State will play in primetime for the third year in a row.
The game on Oct. 5 will kickoff at 8:15 p.m. and will air on either ESPN
or ESPN2.

BYU's home opener on Thursday Aug. 30 has also been
changed to an 8:15 p.m. kickoff to accommodate the network's Weekend
Kickoff and the start of the 2012 college football season.

The
Cougars' Week 2 match-up with Weber State will air on BYUtv.
