BYU Wins National Championship In Rugby
(KUTV) Rio Tinto Stadium was the site for a huge rugby event this
weekend. High school, Division II and Division 1-AA college all
represented, and the main event featured BYU against Arkansas State for
the Division 1A National Championship.

The Cougars took a 15-8
lead when Tua Laei dove in for a first half score. Then after Arkansas
State tied it 15 in the 33rd minute, Shaun Davis takes it in and Cougars
led at the half.

 In the second half BYU got a score from Mkey
Su'a and then hold on for 49-42 win. Adam Mikulich in Sandy and has a
recap from Rio Tinto Stadium.
