(KUTV) For the first time in recent memory the BYU-Utah rivalry took a crazy turn when Ute fans stormed the field three times, nearly costing their team a victory over BYU.

Now the Utes have to turn their attention to Arizona State. Jon Hays played well as a starter and the Utes' defense played well again. The special teams was a disappointment and is something Kyle Whittingham has to fix heading into their Pac-12 schedule.

For BYU, they play on short week, as they head to Boise for a Thursday night match-up on the Blue Turf. BYU had costly turnovers and played with a lack of discipline against a Ute offense it was dominating.

The Cougars have now lost three in a row to Utah and 8 of the last 11. The question moving forward, can either of these teams win a lot of games?
