Mendenhall "Viable Candidate" For Colorado Job
(KUTV) Denver Post columnist Woody Paige wrote in his column yesterday
that BYU coach Bronco Mendenhall is a "viable candidate" to be the next
head coach at Colorado.

Paige also identified another leading candidate for the job in Cincinnati coach Butch Jones.

Mendenhall reportedly interviewed for an opening with a Pac-12 school last season, presumably at Arizona State or UCLA.

Bronco also signed a 3-year extension with BYU last January ...after reportedly turning down a five-year deal to stay in Provo.
