Al Jefferson A Game-Time Decision
(KUTV) At the end of a 31 point, 15 rebound performance, Jazz center Al Jefferson collapsed on the court grabbing his back in pain.
The Jazz escaped with a 87-81 victory over Orlando Wednesday night, but they may have lost their leading scorer for an undetermined amount of time.
Jefferson could sit out today's game against the Toronto Raptors, this coming after one of the best performances of the season by "Big Al".
Jefferson blew-up the Magic defense for 31 points and 15 rebounds, but he got hurt after pulling down his 15th rebound of the game.
The Jazz center says back spasms have been bothering him on and off since the summer. He is listed as a game time decision against Toronto and so is Derrick Favors, who has planter fascitis.
Talkin' Sports will update this story on 2News at 6 and 10 and we'll have complete highlights of the Jazz and Raptors on Talkin' Sports at 10:35 on KMYU.
