(KUTV) With a month left in the AFL's regular season, the Utah Blaze took a big step toward clinching a playoff spot, as they whipped the Georgia Force 61-38 Saturday night.

Tommy Grady set a single season record for touchdowns, as the former Ute guided the Blaze to a 27-10 halftime lead. Utah blew the game wide open with a 3rd quarter touchdown toss to Tyson Poots, giving the home team a 34-10 lead.

Grady threw 8 touchdowns on the night and set an AFL record for most touchdowns in a single season.
